A: It depends on the product type. eBooks are typically delivered as PDF files. Digital planners may come as PDF or editable formats (e.g., GoodNotes, Notion). Software and plugins are delivered as ZIP archives containing installers or files ready to use. Templates are provided in their respective formats (e.g., .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .fig, .ai, .canva). Q: My download link is not working. What should I do?

Q: How many times can I download a product?
A: Each product purchase allows up to 5 download attempts within 30 days of purchase. If you need additional downloads (e.g., after a device change), please contact our support team — we are happy to assist.
Q: Can I access my downloads later if I lose the files?
A: Yes. If you have an account, you can log in and re-download your purchases from your order history at any time, subject to our download limits. We recommend saving your files to a backup location such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
