At Bitstone, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Because we sell digital products that are delivered instantly upon payment, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy — General Rule

All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been delivered (i.e., the download link has been issued and/or the file has been downloaded), we are generally unable to offer refunds, or credits. This policy exists because digital products, unlike physical goods, cannot be returned — once accessed, they remain in the buyer’s possession. However we may provide an alternative as well as we may exchange .. Just contact as!

Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted

We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • The file delivered is corrupted, damaged, or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • The product delivered is materially and significantly different from what was described on the product page (not a minor discrepancy in expectation).
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • A duplicate order was placed accidentally and the download link has not yet been accessed — contact us within 24 hours.

To request a refund under any of these circumstances, please contact us at info@bitstone.store within 7 days of purchase with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You found a similar product elsewhere at a different price.
  • You claim the product did not meet your expectations when the description was accurate.
  • You do not have the required software to open the file (file format requirements are clearly stated on each product page).
  • Download link expired because you did not download within the 30-day validity window.
  • You accidentally purchased a product you already owned.

Resolution Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email info@bitstone.store with the subject line “Refund Request — [Order Number]” and include:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout.
  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Screenshots or evidence where applicable.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and may be pursued through dispute resolution. We always aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
